Our novelties in preserved plant decoration, protagonists at Interihotel  2022, the interior design event focused on hotels and restaurants that was held from October 5 to 7 in Madrid.

At our stand we show the versatility of our biophilic solutions to fill interiors with sensations and improve the well-being of the people who inhabit them, with preserved vegetation that is 100% natural without the need for irrigation or maintenance.

Among the most outstanding novelties at Interihotel Madrid we present OTOgreen by Rafa Ortega, within our Signature Collection, a design with an author’s seal that seeks to provide efficient solutions to current needs in spaces.

The OTOgreen collection fuses acoustics, biophilia and sustainability in the same product. A line of panels and planters, available in different sizes and various colours, that combines recycled sound-absorbing materials from plastic bottles with preserved vegetation.

Greenarea’s vertical gardens serve as an indicator of ambient humidity, which must be between 40 and 70%, to which we can also place hygrometers as we presented at Interihotel Madrid 2022 and thus provide useful information in order to create healthy spaces.

The new Vodafone Valencia headquarters is based on the design of biophilic offices where our preserved planters with different plant finishes, vertical gardens and different plant creations connect employees with the sensations and well-being that working surrounded by nature conveys.

Our vegetal decoration and biophilic solutions are present in most areas, spaces and work rooms in the more than 3,500 m2 of facilities spread over 5 floors that Campos Inmuebles has designed as the most modern and innovative offices of the operator in Europe.

Feria Hábitat València 2022

In Greenarea we created a biophilic space at Feria Hábitat Valencia 2022, a memorable edition due to the success of participants and visitors.

At our stand, outside the pavilions, we present the possibilities and versatility of our plant decoration with preserved natural plants, without maintenance, to transform interiors, connect them with nature and improve their well-being.

Among the novelties, the WIGSD products that combine design and preserved vegetation from the Greenarea Collection were the protagonists, especially the new Signature products, design with an author’s seal, and Gallery, vertical gardens where we mix art and nature.

The OTOgreen collection fuses acoustics, biophilia and sustainability in the same product. A line of panels and planters designed by Rafa Ortega that will manage to provide a comprehensive solution to the current challenges in interiors and people, respecting the environment with recycled materials from plastic bottles. Hábitat València 2022 was the setting chosen for the preview of the new ILLA collection also designed by Rafa Ortega, which offers a 360º decoration with sound-absorbing lamps, ceiling lights and planters with recycled materials and preserved vegetation, with which to create infinite geometric compositions on ceilings, walls and floors.

Another novelty at our stand was the Wild Stool collection, biophilic stools designed by Jorge Herrera Studio to let oneself be carried away by instinct and feel nature in a unique way in soft dressing spaces.

Melange is a new concept of vegetal expression with which we offer vertical gardens mixed with art. The work Origen by Rosemile was exhibited on a wall of the support but could also be felt in the metaverse.

Our biophilic space would not have been the same without the collaborators and brands that have brought soul to our environments, such as Capdell with Gus tables by Francesc Rifé, Nix chairs and stools by Patrick Norguet and Stir chairs by Kazuko Okamoto, the BRISA collection by Yonoh Studio by Pattio, Wood lighting by Nistal Design and Haleakala finished natural clay cladding by Ecoclay applied by f2projects.

Our preserved vertical gardens with different finishes are part of the green offices design of the Securitas Direct headquarters, 3 buildings designed by The Move and executed in collaboration with the construction company EOS.

The preserved plant decoration, 100% natural with no maintenance or irrigation, helps to transmit the calm and tranquillity that was sought in these offices. Installations where nature is integrated into the spaces to create environments in which the benefits of being in contact with nature, such as wellbeing, concentration and creativity, are enhanced.

Unique plant compositions, which Greenarea created by hand, with a variety of finishes, volumes and designs that challenged some architectural challenges.

We participated in Workspace Expo Paris, Europe’s leading annual trade fair for the design, furniture and workspace sector.

At our stand we presented the possibilities and versatility of our biophilic solutions and plant decoration with preserved, maintenance-free natural plants to transform interiors, connect them with nature and improve well-being.

Among the novelties, the OTOgreen collection was the protagonist with its innovative fusion of acoustics and biophilia in a single product. A line of panels and planters designed by Rafa Ortega that manage to provide a comprehensive solution to the current challenges of offices and workspaces, respecting the environment with recycled and sustainable materials.

Another of the novelties we took to Paris was the Wild Stool collection, biophilic stools designed by Jorge Herrera Studio to let your instinct take over and feel nature in a unique way.

Our first participation has been an experience that demonstrates the need to create work environments where people and their comfort are the driving force behind the design.

Greenarea has been one of the 12 Spanish firms chosen to represent Spanish design at Appartamento Spagnolo 2022 in Milan, the event organized by ICEX in collaboration with Ofecomes in Milan, which was part of the Fuori Salone de Milan Design Week.
 
An intervention curated by the magazine Elle Decor Italia and designed by DWA Studio that transformed the Cervantes Institute in Milan into a scenographic space where the shapes of the designs, the colors, the sounds and the smells made travel from Milan to Spain.
Our #greencreativity filled the kitchen with a Green Ceiling Mid and we presented our Wild Stool collection, biophilic puffs designed by Jorge Herrera Studio.
 
An opportunity that has allowed us to show the possibilities of our preserved plant decoration in the design of interior spaces.

New line of acoustic, biophilic and sustainable solutions, in the form of planters and sound-absorbing plant panels, designed by Rafa Ortega for Greenarea. In this collection recycled materials are combined with our preserved natural plant decoration.

OTOgreen focuses on biophilic design and circular design, with the mission of improving the well-being of people indoors, while respecting the environment.

New acoustic collection mimics the benefits of preserved natural plants, 100% natural with no need for watering or maintenance, and its ability to rearrange noise with the excellent absorption performance of the ecological acoustic panels of the firm ECOcero, made with recycled polyester fibres from plastic bottles.

Acoustic panels are made in various sizes and with the option of combining a panel with integrated plant decoration (pocket-type planter) and a flat panel, without it. Depending on the style or dimension of the wall, it can be partially covered with single pieces, create compositions or completely cover the space.

Its design represents a revolutionary wall covering system because the folds in the design play a fundamental role in achieving a balance between materials and shapes, integrating the preserved vegetation without the need to incorporate other elements.
